Project:Moments Intercepted

"Lee Richmond"

Occupation: Artist
Location: Toronto

Why does this project interest me?
The Project is exciting because being more present is what life is really about. Lately, I have been thinking a lot about how to document other peoples lives and histories and by chance I have noticed this issue has been in the media lately. My artwork documents my personal past memories and intermingles it with my present. As I create a series, I work forward toward the present. Time is of the essence in life afterall. I just moved to Toronto from a few years in Seattle. I love being home but i miss the pace of life out West. I am an artist therefore I live in Parkdale. I like to have projects and deadlines, they keep me motivated.
